Learning for Fun
When you think of studying or enrolling onto a course, you’re usually doing it for something other than just learning for fun. It could be you’re missing a vital qualification for a promotion at work or you need a few extra UCAS points to get you onto your dream degree course. But when you actually think about it, the idea of learning for fun isn’t as crazy as it might first sound.
If you have an interest in something or a hobby that you want to learn more about, sometimes the information you can find online through a Google search just isn’t enough. The books you buy through Amazon might not quite provide the feedback and different perspective you want or need. This is where learning for fun comes in, so OK, you can’t do a degree in Aromatherapy, but you can do a Level 3 Diploma in it and find out more about how scents are used to help cure aliments. Perhaps you are green-fingered and want to know more about plants and how they grow, then a short course in Botany is the way forward.
There are many fun and interesting courses out there that you can enrol onto and study, including Alexander Technique, Archaeology based in Roman Britain, Reflexology or even Emotional Freedom Technique. So, what’s stopping you from enrolling today and learning for fun?
